Abstract

This paper presents the limited viewpoint that is usually taken when dealing with the concept of housing quality since if normally refers almost exclusively to the house's physical aspects. An integral quality concept is here proposed as a large and varied group of characteristics closely related to the quality of life and human needs. It briefly needs. If briefely presents conclusions about the variables which must be taken into account so as to create the incentives for the achievement of a better quelity in social housing.
