This paper presents the limited viewpoint that is usually taken when dealing with the concept of housing quality since if normally refers almost exclusively to the house's physical aspects. An integral quality concept is here proposed as a large and varied group of characteristics closely related to the quality of life and human needs. It briefly needs.
